COLOMBO

UDAWALAWE NATIONAL PARK

A large wildlife park situated in the southern part of Sri Lanka, it is about an hour’s drive from the resort area of Hambantota.

What makes it a worth-it visit area is its terrain and environment varies as the park is located on the border of the nation’s wet and dry zones. There are several animals and bird species in the park. Among them are elephants, leopards, monkeys, water buffalo, and a large contingent of deer and mammal species including crocodiles.

BUNDALA NATIONAL PARK
